You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.
To Return Goods Please:-
- Email office@midwestautomationltd.co.uk with your reason for return/exchange/refund.
- Include a copy of your acknowledgment email from Mid West Automation
- Return goods in their original packaging
- Goods are your responsibility to return and we cannot accept damage for them whilst in transit we therefore recommend an insured courier service for the return

A lot of the orders we fulfil are bespoke, meaning they were fabricated based on your order. Because we cannot effectively reuse the materials, any products which are bespoke are not eligible for a refund or exchange, this includes drilled/machined aluminium profile.
Once your packaged is received we will then process the return within 5 working days and provide you with an email confirmation as well.
