Making A Purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment and do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this will indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We shall indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this terms to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the prices is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling. All orders are sent by courier. Delivery normally takes place between 9am and 5.00pm weekdays. If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. Please be aware that deliveries always require a valid signature. If the buyer refuses to take delivery of the goods or wishes to divert to another address then we reserve the right to recover any additional charges incurred by us. We are not liable for any delays in deliveries caused by events outside of our control, in particular road closures and industrial action.
International Orders. Upon receipt of international orders, we shall calculate the shipping charges and email customers with costs. Orders will not be processed until confirmation is received from the customer that the carriage charges have been accepted.
Delivery Schedule. We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 days from receipt of order. All orders are sent by courier. Delivery normally takes place between 9am and 5.30pm weekdays. Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Please not the item is our responsibility until it reached us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the reason for return and should be forwarded in the original packaging to the following address.
